By accessing and using Jivisha's hospital management software ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Jivisha provides cloud-based hospital management software that includes patient records management, appointment scheduling, billing, inventory management, and related services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable healthcare data protection laws
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data Privacy and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jivisha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
